An endpoint in V-NET is an identifiable virtual entity. It corresponds to the kind of (not an instance of) the hosting application of a V-NET client that is capable of differentiate itself from other hosts for V-NET. It is usually not in one to one correspondence with the physical device that the said client is running on. A physical device can host multiple endpoints. |
